"Monodrama" is the new single from the band Sargaço Nightclub, with its official premiere this Friday (07) on all digital music platforms.

Composed by Marrê, vocalist and guitarist of the group, this is the trio's first incursion into the so-called "blues fusion", mixing the traditional rhythm with diverse sound references, ranging from hardcore, in the beats and distorted bass à la Motorhëad, with the psychedelic guitars and synths are trademarks of the band. Recording and mixing were handled by Sammy Barros (SB Music Studio, in Rosarinho) and mastering by audio engineer from Rio Grande do Norte, Yago Marques.

The lyrics philosophize through individual dramas, placing life as a stage to be performed in its intensity, with less expectations and more attitude, under penalty of frustration, obscurantism, or simply becoming a spectator watching it pass "from the outside". The intensity of the message, of course, gained urgency after the traumas left by the COVID 19 pandemic, the central theme of the album "Bioluminescente", of which this single will be part.
